Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [email protected] immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We accept requests for refunds within 5 business days on the first order you place with any supplier, so you can feel confident trying out new products online.

Free returns are only eligible on your first order with a supplier. This means that any additional orders you place with that supplier won’t be eligible for free returns, even if you are purchasing new products you have not ordered before.

The cost of the items you’re returning will be refunded directly to your original payment method at the time the return is scanned into transit by the carrier. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the refund to show up on your payment method. If you do not see a refund within two weeks, please contact us at [email protected] to get an update. Remember to include your order number on any communication.

Once you submit the return on Nutmeg, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

Some important notes:

  • If an invoice has been paid with a credit card, the credit will be returned first.
  • If your return is being shipped in multiple boxes, please reach out to our team by clicking Contact Us below and our team can provide additional shipping labels.

Return FAQ

Can I return an item because the box was damaged?

No. We carefully ship the products packaged to be protected from the shipping impact. But we can’t provide a refund just because the box was damaged.

Can I return an item because I didn’t like the taste?

Unfortunately, no. Every taste bud is different, and we can’t take responsibility for people’s preferences. We hope it’s love at first bite, but we can’t provide a refund just because people don’t like it.

Can I get a check or cash refund?

No. For your safety, we only refund back to the original payment method. That means, if you paid us with your Visa card, you’ll see the refund on that same Visa card.

I never received my product. Can I get a refund?

We support our customers from order to your front door. If you didn’t get the product and our shipper shows it was never delivered, we will provide a refund.
